- **3 Wishes Constraint:** Each genie manifestation is limited to three validated requests.  
- **Overlap Dependency:** Manifestations occur only during red‑zone/green‑zone overlap events.  
- **Lineage Safety:** All wishes and miracles must be logged in `miracles.json` and cross‑referenced with `overlaps.json`.  
- **Teaching Artifact:** This chart is remix‑ready for onboarding future students into the Genie Protocol lineage.
