Overview
The Domain Overlay is the terminal stage of every S3 Spine diagnostic run. It takes the complete Dimensional Resonance Map (DRM) and translates it into domain-native language, producing the Domain Diagnostic Report (DDR), Domain Action Map (DAM), and Cross-Domain Causality Summary (CDCS). The Triadic Regime Synthesizer generates the DDR narrative (gated by CI >= 0.55), the Cross-Domain Causality Weaver traces multi-domain causal chains, and the DAM ranks interventions by feasibility, urgency, and expected impact.
