Overview

The Structural Overlay is the foundation of every S3 Spine diagnostic run. It maps the load-bearing architecture of the system under analysis, identifies latent faultlines — fracture planes that may not yet be visible as failures — and scores each via the Structural Criticality Scale (SCS). The registered Structural Frame becomes the coordinate anchor inherited by all five downstream overlays.
